Houston-area native Abby McEntire was added to the full-time staff in the office of financial assistance this month, moving into the role of administrative assistant after doing data entry for the office as a work study student.
Originally from Galveston, Texas, McEntire came to Fayette to join the Eagles softball team and study elementary education. She left the team to focus on her studies, but still enjoys being part of the CMU community.
“I really like the campus, and I really like just being at Central,” said McEntire, a graduate of Clear Falls High School.
In her role as the financial aid administrative assistant, her job includes filing, maintaining supplies, and creating award reports for students.
McEntire currently lives in Glasgow with her dog, Tater.
