Central Methodist University is becoming a home away from home for Stacy Senor and his family, as the father of four recently began work in Central’s stockroom and mailroom, joining his wife as an employee where two of their children have attended school.
Senor began work in the student center early this month, while wife Rhonda has served in the business office since July 2020. Their eldest daughter graduated from Central in 2019, and another daughter is currently a freshman in the nursing program.
Originally from Columbia, Senor has recently been employed in the Glasgow school district as a bus driver and custodian, but with the move to Central he’s happy for a new start.
“It’s something different and it’s close to my wife,” he said. “I enjoy being close to her and my daughter. I was ready for something where I could slow down a little bit.”
In his new role, Senor will order and manage supplies for plant operations, along with maintaining the stockroom and sorting mail in the student mailroom, among other activities.
In his free time as well as at his new job, Senor enjoys spending as much time as he can with his family, which also includes a son currently enrolled at the University of Missouri and a daughter in junior high.
