There are only a few slots still available for this weekend’s premier admissions event of the fall semester, the VIP Central Experience, scheduled for November 6. Prospective Central Methodist University students and families will have the chance to see what life is like as a CMU student on the Fayette campus.
Beginning with arrival and check-in at 9 a.m. on Saturday, other notable highlights for the day include a Q&A panel with CMU faculty, parents, and Student Ambassadors, as well as a “What is Digital U?” explainer session with director of digital learning, Carrie Strodtman.
Students will also experience a campus tour and a presentation on student life by Jordan Schwellenbach, director of residential life. At the same time, parents will have an informational session on Scholarships 101 with admissions and financial services staff.
It all culminates in a special VIP treatment at the CMU football game against Baker University. With a 6-2 record on the season, the Eagles will look to use the game as a springboard into postseason play. The VIP hospitality tent will feature food, games, and prize drawings, as well as one more chance on the day to interact with Central students, faculty, and staff.

The full schedule for the day is listed below. Because of the large number of registered students, some events will be split into two groups (A and B).
