Central Methodist University’s College of Graduate and Extended Studies (CGES) has announced a recent recipient of the Gulstad Achievement Scholarship for Spring 2021. Sarah Gross, a graduate of Jefferson College in Hillsboro, is this semester’s award winner.
Gross, of Dittmer, Mo., plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in health science through Central’s online program. Through the Gulstad scholarship, she will receive $1,000 toward tuition.
The Gulstad Award is named after longtime CMU provost Dr. Rita Gulstad and was established to provide scholarship funds to qualified community college students who would like to continue their education through Central.
