The area’s best high school theatre talent will soon take Center Stage, as Central Methodist University will host its newest scholarship competition this February.
The Center Stage Scholarship Competition for high school seniors will begin at 10:30 a.m., February 11, 2021. Acting and theatre design competitions will take place on the Fayette campus, with social distance guidelines followed and masks worn.
In addition to the competition portion of the day, students and families will have the opportunity to see the campus and learn about financial aid, student services, and a variety of other helpful topics.
CMU will award major scholarships to the top winners in both categories at the end of the competition.
