College isn’t just something you see; it’s something you experience. And prospective students can do just that on November 2 with Central Methodist University’s Experience Central Day.
The day-long event is a chance for those looking into colleges to get to know life as a Central student. This semester’s Experience Central Day will be tailgate-themed, giving visitors the opportunity to learn about student organizations, academic programs, and the beautiful campus straight from the source.
Participants will be able to have lunch from the dining center food truck, have fun on an inflatable obstacle course and other attractions, and learn all about Central from student organization booths. There will even been a chance to win an Apple iPad Mini from the Cash Cube.
On-site registration and check-in begin at 10 a.m. on November 2, with a welcome from Dr. Joe Parisi – vice president for enrollment management – to follow at 10:15.
The tailgate events are open from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with the football game against Baker University beginning at 1:00. Optional campus tours will also be available from 11 a.m. to noon.
