Nearly 130 students studying through Central Methodist University’s College of Graduate and Extended Studies in the St. Louis area are on track to graduate, and many of them will soon participate in a Commencement ceremony.
The celebration will take place at Manchester United Methodist Church (129 Woods Mill Road, Manchester, Mo. 63011) on Thursday, Aug. 8 at 7 p.m.
Graduates include students who have studied in a variety of programs including nursing, business, child development, and more. Master’s, bachelor’s, and associate degrees will be announced.
Delivering the Commencement address will be Alexander Brockman, a CMU-St. Louis business graduate from the fall of 2012. Brockman is currently the vice president of sales and marketing for Cornerstone Solutions Group. His career has spanned Bank of America, Wells Fargo Advisors, and NewGround. He was a top performer in each company, remaining aware of the importance of the consumer experience in today’s evolving economy.
