For the 15th year, Central Methodist University students gathered around the Howard County Courthouse in the center of the Fayette Square, ready to mingle, network, and simply make friends.
The evening of Monday, Aug. 27th was Central’s annual “Fair on the Square” event, which welcomes new and returning students, churches, businesses, and members of the Fayette community to get to know one another.
As music echoed across the Courthouse lawn, there was laughing, dancing, and game playing.
There also were plenty of opportunities for conversation. Several businesses set up tables and became engaged with Central students. There also were CMU fraternities, sororities, and various clubs and organizations handing out information and explaining to prospective members what their groups had to offer.
Central Methodist’s Fresh Ideas provided a meal for participants.
