Kay A. Winegard, a Burlington, Iowa native, celebrated her retirement from Central Methodist University with family and friends on Thursday, June 28 in the Inman Student and Community Center on CMU’s main campus in Fayette, Mo.
Winegard retires after 46 years of dedicated service to Central, first joining the college in 1972 as an assistant in the Registrar’s Office, and departing as registrar. She also received emeritus status at CMU’s Commencement ceremonies in May.
Winegard will be greatly missed on the campus of Central Methodist.
