Lacey Eaton Gladden and Levi Gerke rehearse the song “Elegance” from Hello, Dolly! one of the shows profiled in the upcoming CMU Summer Light Opera, this year called “A Sunday Soiree: Can’t Help Singing.” The show will be performed by four former and current CMU students who are well known in the region for their vocal and theatrical talents. The performance is Sunday, May 27, 7 p.m. in the Kountz Recital Hall of the Swinney Conservatory of Music on the Fayette CMU campus. Tickets will run $7 for general admission and $5 for senior citizens, CMU faculty and staff.
