Concert Band Polishes Off Semester Of Music

As final exams wind down and students pack up for Christmas break, Central Methodist University offers its final music concert of the fall semester. The Concert Band will perform on Sunday, Dec. 10, at 4 p.m. in the Linn Memorial Church on the Fayette campus of CMU.

As always, everyone is invited and there is no admission fee.

The 68-member band is directed by Roy “Skip” Vandelicht, CMU associate professor of music and director of bands. He has been fulltime with Central since 2008 after more than 30 years of teaching music in the Fayette School District, and serving for several years as the CMU band director at the same time.
