Central Methodist University’s Office of Admission is offering an opportunity to check out CMU’s main campus in Fayette, and get an idea about what it’s like to be a student there.
Discovery Day is on the calendar for Friday, Oct. 13 at 10 a.m. Before the event begins, visitors are asked to sign in on the fourth floor of the Inman Student and Community Center.
Those who attend will have the chance to meet faculty in a chosen area of study, and speak with athletic coaches, as well as directors in the Fine and Performing Arts Program. There also will be opportunities to learn about the admissions process, financial aid, scholarship opportunities, and more.
“Discovery Days give prospective students and their families, many who have never visited campus before, a chance to preview what CMU has to offer,” said Jennifer Shepard, assistant director of admission at CMU.
During the event, there will be campus tours available, and a complimentary lunch provided.
Reservations should be made by Wednesday, Oct. 11.
