As a student advances through high school, the idea of pursuing a higher education becomes more and more of a reality. Many have no idea where they would like to attend college, or what degree they would pursue.
That is why Central Methodist University offers an event to help answer those questions. The Admissions Department at CMU will host Sophomore and Junior Preview Day on Saturday, March 11. Registration begins at 10 a.m. on the fourth floor of the Inman Student and Community Center on CMU’s Fayette campus.
During the event, students will have opportunities to speak with faculty, staff, athletic coaches, and directors of Fine and Performing Arts programs. The admission process also will be explained, and campus tours and a complimentary lunch will be provided.
“This is a low-pressure way for prospective college students to learn more about the college search process,” said CMU Admission Director Adam Jenkins.
Attendance is free, and participants are welcome to bring family members. Advance reservations are requested.
